How to get here

  • The asphalt road to the trail start is of good quality but can be tiring due to the vast amount of twists and turns.
  • The road can be dangerous in the dark and under bad weather conditions.
  • There is no designated parking near trail starting point but you can park on the wider parts of the road located several minutes foot-walk distance from the point.

What to expect from the trail

  • The trail can be visited all year-round.
  • If you go clockwise, you will have a steep ascent and a comfortable descent.
  • The path is in fairly good condition, but some small parts crumble a bit. We would not recommend going here after rains.
  • There are a considerable number of benches on the trail, most of which provide breathtaking views of Paphos Forest.
  • Due to the remoteness of this place you should not meet many people.
  • If you are lucky, you will meet Mouflons in their natural surroundings. But you have to be really observant!
