Suggestions to enhance your experience
  • Drive to the suburbs of Paphos to the central square of Yeroskipou (Geroskipou) village. There, you can find Agia Paraskevi Byzantine Church, which was constructed in the 9th century and holds paintings from the 9th to the 15th centuries. Nearby stand the Folk Art Museum and Pafos Byzantine Museum. If you have time, admire their collections of icons and calligraphy, and get to know the peasant life in Cyprus a hundred years ago. • For more historical experience drive 15 km to the village of Kouklia earlier known as Old Paphos. The Archaeological Site of Palaepaphos is included into UNESCO World Heritage List as one of the most important Aphrodite's worshiping places. For the location pin, click here.
  • Make a stop at the viewpoint with an art installation, which will help you capture the best photos of Aphrodite's Rock in a frame. This is especially recommended at sunset. For the location pin, click here.
